How does this whole ordering process work?
1) Place the order through 'Order Form' tab, an invoice will be sent to your email within 24hrs
2) Another 'Payment Verification' email to verify your payment made
3) All paid orders will be sent in every Sunday, unpaid orders will be brought to the next preorder closing next week
4) Waiting time for shoes and bags are ALL 7-12 days, a 'Item Arrival' email will be sent to you when your item has arrived.
5) Tracking number will be sent upon request if you opt for smartpac/registered mailing.



How much does the postage cost?
Postage are charged accordingly by weight of items using postage calulator on singpost.com
Normal postage $1.50 to $3.35, registered postage $3.74 - $5.59 depending on the weight of items.
Parcels that exceeds 2kg will be mailed in separate parcels.
Courier service to your doorstep now available via TA Q BIN courier service.

What happens when my item it out of stock?
You will be informed if your item is out of stock. You can choose to get a full refund to provided account number or to change to another item. Any difference in price will be refunded as well.

Why are there different arrival dates for the preorder?
How do I get into the first batch that arrives?

Every preorder arrives in 2 or 3 batches as the amount of items we are bringing in is too huge it exceeds the weight limit. It is fair to all customers as we are unable to choose or know which items comes first or last, until it has arrive.

Am I allowed to change my order?
You can only change your order if the preorder is not closed.

Exchange/refund?
We will only do exchange or refund if your item is out of stock, or the wrong item/size mailed to you.

What happens if I do not receive my parcel?
Please inform our team if you do not receive your parcel 7 working days after we have informed you about mailing it out. Registered parcels will be tracked. We are not responsible if it is a normal mail.

How is the parcel packed? 
Parcels are packed using polymailers, shoe boxes are removed to reduce postage weight to save cost.

1. We are not responsible of any lost normal mail, we strongly encourage registered mail for safe and faster mailing.
2. We DO NOT do exchange or refund on shoes wrong sizes ordered.
